We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below before your purchase.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
When you receive item(s) that are defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Once we accept your return request, our customer service will contact you to forward the return address and notices to you to return it, the cost of the return shipment will be at our expense.
For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information, photos, and videos concerning the damages or flaws (if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
Before returning, please contact us for return details and the correct return address. After that, you can send us an email to inform us. (Please DO NOT send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return center and will delay the processing of your refund.)
If you return the item(s) for personal reasons, the return freight is at your expense.
personal reasons include:
1) I do not like it.
2) I bought the wrong color
3) I bought the wrong size
4) I do not want it anymore
5). I wrote wrong address(If the products already shipped out, buyer will bear the return freight.)
Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and will not affect the second sale. Once the item arrives back at the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Hassle-Free Exchange before shipment
A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours after you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request. If you wish to return an item after it has shipped, please contact our support team to initiate a standard return once the package is delivered.
Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent
If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing items for free.
If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or resend the correct item (if in stock). Vogueasy will reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive the returned item(s).
Cancellation
For canceling an order that has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. We do not accept refunds from alternative cards or different payment methods. Please note that Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution for the refund to be credited to your account.
